I take special care to ensure correct fit on jewelry and will work with you to be sure that you are pleased with your purchase.    Many of my pieces that are featured may have been sold, but the prices and character of the work are indicative of my work in general.   Please bear in mind that everything I produce is unique and one-of-a-kind.

Guarantee:   If you are not satisfied for any reason with the merchandise you have ordered from Patricia L. Phillips then return it within ten (10) working days for a refund.    Jewelry must be in original condition.   Refund is minus shipping cost.   

Jewelry is guaranteed for one year against construction defects under normal wear.   Please treat jewelry as the fine work of art that it is to prevent damages.   Customer is responsible for insurance and return shipping fees.   Please understand that special arrangements must be made for buyers outside the United States.    I do not work by credit card and will accept cleared personal checks, certified checks  and money orders.

Custom Jewelry Orders

I guarantee that all products are carefully hand crafted.   Special orders are taken with a 1/3 non-refundable deposit.   Pictures of the finished piece are sent for final approval and the balance may be paid then..    Shipping and insurance is above quoted prices.  

The ring in the photograph above is on a special  device that is used to determine ring size.   This particular ring is size 7.5.    This is a industry standard measuring device for determining ring size.  You should be able to determine this size at a local jeweler and communicate with me in values that I can understand and reproduce.  I can lend you a set of ring size gauges for determining fit if you prefer.
